Overview
Following the introduction of a new management team, Westfield Sports College in Sheffield made swift and significant progress in raising standards and grades across key areas of the school.
It soon became clear that the ‘Sports College’ element of the school name gave an impression of an educational offer for young people and parents that was far too narrow and the decision was taken to change the name to simply ‘Westfield School’.
Project Details
- Westfield School signage was ‘Highly commended’ in the 2014 British Sign awards.
- We created a comprehensive, innovative wall graphics solution which resulted in huge praise from visitors, parents and staff alike and hugely improved the school working environment.
- We worked closely with our signage printer, to ensure all the work was conducted on budget, on time, and in a safe manner.
- Covering sound-proofing tiles, external and internal directional signage, foyer space and corridor walls, the results of the work for the school environment have been unprecedented.
